You pay for each record you receive, at the price of the event it carries. Prices are in US dollars per 1,000 records.
How billing works
Only delivered records are billed. A request that fails before delivering anything costs nothing, and a record with an error field is always free.
A "not found" answer is a record. When you look up one item and the source says it does not exist, you get a record with status: "not_found", billed at the same price as a found one. A search that finds nothing costs nothing.
One record, one charge. The record's event field names what it was billed as, so you can match every record to a price.
You pay from prepaid credit. Each delivered record draws on your account's credit at its listed price. At zero, a running job delivers what the balance still covers, then stops. Nothing is ever owed.
Try it with $2 of credit. A new account gets it once you confirm your email address, and it lasts 30 days. You do not need a card. Who gets the trial
Buy credit at your account. Choose packs of $10, $50 ($52.50 of credit), $250 ($275 of credit), or any amount from $10 to $2,000. The balance updates when the payment completes.
A plan is optional. It charges a flat monthly fee, includes that much credit, and bills every record at a share of the prices below. You never need one to create or use a key. Choose or change a plan at your account.
